I think he took pity on me because I was sitting next to two drunk tourists who had been doing wine tasting all day. I don't know, but that's the first time anybody told me not to dip my Sushi and wasabi and I was okay with it. He made it perfectly so much to my taste and unfortunately the experience was not repeated the next few times I stop there. It is a very good place though , and you won't be disappointed, very crowded at peak hours. I would make reservations.February 03, 2017
